What it is:

Pittsburgh Police and community partners hand-deliver precooked Thanksgiving meals (just reheat and serve) on Thanksgiving Day.

Find your police zone using the zone map, then contact that zone's officer. You can also email thanksgivingmeals@pittsburghpa.gov.
