If you’re the mom of a child under the age of 5 or expecting a baby soon, we invite you to sign up here to be matched with a mentor.

Once enrolled, you will be connected via text message with a trained and supervised mama mentor -- someone who has parenting experience and can related to everything you are going through.

Our mentors support you by:

• Answering general questions about parenting and infant care.

• Suggesting activities that you can do with your child based on their developmental stage.

• Offering encouragement or providing a sounding board when you just need someone to listen.

• Sharing evidence-based information and recommending resources to help you meet any needs that arise.
